Deviation, also known as apparent error, refers to the difference between a single measured value and the measured average value, which can be used to measure the accuracy of the measured results [1]. In statistics, bias can be used in two different concepts, namely biased sampling and biased estimation. Biased sampling refers to unequal sampling of the total sample set, while biased estimation refers to overestimating or underestimating the number to be estimated.
