The solution is to ensure that the gypsum board is fixed in a stress-free state when hanging. The spacing between keel and fastening screws shall be constructed in strict accordance with the design requirements; Pay attention when scraping putty as a whole, and don't scrape it too thick.

The second situation is that there are irregular waves on the ceiling. The grid around the ceiling or uneven corners, or shrinkage deformation caused by high moisture content of wood, will cause uneven camber; In addition, the keel joint is uneven and not easy to bend, and the distance between suspenders or suspenders is too large to deform the keel, which will also cause uneven ceiling; The splitting at the top of the wooden suspender will cause irregular wave deformation if the steel bars are not tightened when the suspender is used. It is best to use light steel keel for large suspended ceiling projects.

In order to prevent the ceiling from arching, the ceiling wood should be made of high-quality cork, the moisture content should be controlled within 12%, the keel should be straight, and there should be no cross-section scar. Suspended ceiling construction should be leveled by elastic lines on the surrounding walls, and the surrounding installation shall prevail.
