1. This pass is applicable to vehicles that transport key personnel (hereinafter referred to as key materials and personnel) to and from Suzhou during the emergency response to epidemic situation. Vehicles with passes ensure priority and rapid passage.

2. Vehicles carrying epidemic prevention and control materials pass through expressway, please apply for a pass according to the types of materials.

3. After the pass is approved, it will be downloaded and printed by the carrier or driver and carried with the vehicle. The pass is valid once.

4. The driver of the vehicle and the vehicle attendant holding the pass shall ensure that the body temperature is normal, and provide the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and the green health code.
