How deep is the goldfish?

All kinds of goldfish have different requirements for water level.

From an ornamental point of view, goldfish can be divided into two types: overlooking fish and side-looking fish. Generally speaking, it is better to look down at the fish and ask for a lower water level 10-25CM, while the fish on the side ask for a higher water level, and ask for a water level of 30-80CM according to different species. For example, bronzing needs a water level of 60-80CM, Thai lion needs a water level of about 40-50CM, butterfly tail needs a water level of 10-20CM, and the water level of beads is generally 15-20CM.

According to different feeding stages, there are different requirements for water level. There is a saying in goldfish farming: start in shallow water and start in deep water. Goldfish with hairy heads, such as lion's head and tiger's head, need to be raised in shallow water at the hairy stage, while goldfish with exaggerated back arc, such as gold plating, need to make their back arc in extremely high water level.

Therefore, my opinion is that if you want to cultivate excellent mermaids, you need to raise them separately according to different species and different stages. If you just beautify the environment, you can keep the water level at about 25CM.
