Ingredients: appropriate amount of sweet potato vermicelli, pork belly, half onion, pepper, star anise 1, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, peanut oil 1 tablespoon, salt, starch and thirteen spices.
Steps:
1, sweet potato vermicelli is soaked in advance.
2. Prepare ingredients: chop the vermicelli, cut the onion into sections, and clean the pork belly.
3, do not put oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry the water.
4. Put cooking oil in the pot, add pepper, star anise and cinnamon and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add shredded pork, stir fry for two minutes, then pour in the cut vermicelli, mix well, then pour in water starch (which needs to be thick), add salt and season with thirteen spices.
