Examination practice of anoscopy

The core will be removed, after removal, pay attention to the core with or without blood stains and the nature of the blood stains, if there is secretion in the rectum, can be used to tweezers pliers on the cotton ball to wipe clean, and then a detailed examination; check the color of the mucous membranes, pay attention to the presence or absence of ulcers, polyps, tumors, and foreign bodies, and then the anal lens slowly outward, in the dentate line, pay attention to the internal hemorrhoids, anal papillae, anal crypt fossa, or the internal mouth of anal fistulae, and so on.
