Rehabilitation treatment specialty belongs to medical technology. After employment, rehabilitation therapists/teachers have no prescription right and cannot take the qualification examination of clinicians, but they can take the professional title evaluation of specialized rehabilitation therapists/teachers.

Some colleges and universities can apply for academic graduate students majoring in rehabilitation medicine and physiotherapy. You can do research after graduation, but you can't take the doctor qualification examination.

Some colleges and universities can apply for graduate students of traditional Chinese medicine. With the consent of the graduate tutor, you can take the examination of traditional medicine teachers and doctors with real expertise in accordance with Decree No.52 of the Ministry of Health. After passing the examination, you can enter a medical institution for trial use. After one year, you can take the exam as an assistant doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. After obtaining the qualification of assistant doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, you can take the five-year qualification examination for practicing doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.
