Crayon is a pen made of pigment mixed with wax, which can have dozens of colors and is used for painting. Crayons are impermeable and are fixed on the screen by adhesion. It is not suitable to use too smooth paper or cardboard, and it is impossible to obtain composite colors through repeated superposition of colors. It is an ideal tool for children to learn color painting, and some painters use it to sketch and record colors.
First, the method of use
1. Plug the crayons into the power supply for heating (5- 10 rain). Prepare a piece of paraffin for embedding.
2. Immunohistochemical staining sections were routinely dewaxed into water and repaired with microwave or other antigens.
3. Cool the temperature of the antigen repair solution to room temperature, and scrape off the paraffin with the side of the pen tip of a hot crayon. When the pen tip inclines downward and the melted wax flows into the pen tip, a wax line with a thickness of 1mm can be drawn around the tissue section on the glass slide.
If it is too thin, you can draw it again. Scrape the wax after painting the wax liquid. Until all the slices are drawn.
4. After the wax thread is sliced, it can be soaked in PBS buffer.
5. Routine immunohistochemical staining is carried out until DAB is colored, dyed, dehydrated and transparent, and then the coated wax thread is finally dissolved with xylene and sealed.
