What is the six-owned trade union in the new era?

There are six trade unions in the new era, that is, there are legally elected trade union chairmen, independent and sound organizations, activity carriers to serve employees, sound and perfect institutional mechanisms, self-managed trade union funds and satisfactory work performance for members.

"Six Owns" Trade Union:

1. Have a trade union chairman elected according to law, and build a backbone team that cares about employees, is good at safeguarding rights, and is pioneering and enterprising;

2, have an independent and sound organization, improve the trade union committee, fund review committee, women workers committee and other organizations;

3. There are activity carriers to serve employees and meet the diverse needs of employees;

4. Have a sound system and mechanism to realize the mass, democratization, institutionalization and legalization of trade union work;

5. Self-run trade union funds are really used to serve employees and trade union activities;

6. Members are satisfied with their work performance, and make employees feel that the trade union is a "home for employees".
