Where is the specialty of Xuezao?

Snow jujube, also known as octagonal snow jujube, is named after it is produced in Bajiao Street, Zilingpu Town, Dongbao District, Jingmen City, Hubei Province. Snow jujube is named after its appearance like jujube and its white and glittering color. Bajiao Snow Jujube was first created by Liu Zhifang, an old folk artist in Bajiao Street in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. It is a traditional food with strong local characteristics.

Production method:

first step

Xuezao brand glutinous rice flour with 30 grams of sugar and corn starch. Pour in milk and stir until there is no dry powder.
