1959, in order to build Xin 'anjiang Hydropower Station, Xin 'anjiang River was cut off, and Chun 'an County and Sui 'an County began to store water. Since then, the Lion City and He Cheng have sunk to the bottom of Qiandao Lake. The 1078 island on Thousand Island Lake is the peak exposed by the submerged mountain range at that time.

In order to commemorate the ancient lion city, Yu Nianchun visited many old people who had moved away, and combined with the information of the ancient city and the underwater investigation of divers, restored the original appearance of the ancient lion city. Today, the original model of the ancient city is placed in the Lion City Museum. It is said that the ancient city at the bottom of the lake discovered by divers is intact. In the near future, we may visit the ancient city of 1959 at the bottom of the lake, and those who have moved out of the Lion City may be able to find their own homes by memory.

After visiting the Lion City, we came to the nearby pier and took a ferry to the Longchuan Bay scenic spot on the other side. The ferry will take tourists around the lake and then take them to the pier on the other side.

Longchuan Bay is located in the southwest lake area of Qiandao Lake, which has not been fully developed and is far away from Qiandao Lake Town, so there are fewer tourists and it is relatively quiet.

From the pier to the scenic spot, you can choose to walk along the winding mountain road by the lake or take a free battery car. Of course, if you are tired, you can stop the passing battery car.

The most famous fish restaurant in Qiandao Lake is not only expensive (fish head is 688 yuan), but also not ranked. Fortunately, Xiushui Square, including Jiangjia Town where the Lion City is located, is a fish restaurant. We chose a crowded restaurant and ordered fish heads and other side dishes.
