Prepare tools

Standard size

Installation step

Refer to the installation dimension drawing of the spherical door lock, start drilling and install the lock body. After aligning the hole fixing screws, install the outer and inner panel components. Insert the lock body into the lock hole of the lock body and tighten the screw. Don't forget to install the lock box or lock plate on the door frame.

functional test

After installation, try to turn the outer handle and the inner handle to ensure that the oblique tongue can be retracted and extended smoothly. The insertion and rotation of the key should also be tested to see if the square tongue is smooth. If it's not smooth, adjustment screw can be located properly.
