The first is to promote the integration of cultural tourism and create characteristic products. Beijing is the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties with profound cultural background. Beijing actively explores the integration of cultural connotation and cultural experience into award-winning tourism, gives play to the driving effect of award-winning economy and the function of discovering new products, excavates cultural connotation and exploitable resources, and creates interesting, vivid and unique products that combine Beijing-style culture.

The second is to integrate resources and cultivate market segments. Give full play to the driving force and integration ability of tourism, integrate relevant advantageous resources in Beijing, cultivate new formats, promote the integrated development of "award+TCM health preservation", "award+special festivals", "award+Winter Olympics" and "award+cultural performances", develop products in different forms and for different groups, and promote the deep integration and development of rich award-winning tourism industry chain and related industries.

The third is to strengthen the top-level design and promote the healthy development of the convention and exhibition industry. We will thoroughly implement such policy documents as Opinions on Further Stimulating the Potential of Culture and Tourism Consumption, Opinions of General Office of the State Council on Further Promoting Tourism Investment and Consumption, and Implementation Opinions on Further Promoting the Innovative Development of the Convention and Exhibition Industry, so as to promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry, strengthen the formulation and implementation of the development strategy, planning and standards of the Convention and Exhibition Industry, and promote the holding of international conferences, incentive tourism activities, international trade and cultural exchange activities in Beijing. Optimize the spatial layout of exhibition facilities, promote the construction of the second and third phases of the new national exhibition, and coordinate and promote the construction of the exhibition center of Daxing International Airport as soon as possible. Formulate industry guidance policies, strengthen branding and internationalization, and cultivate exhibition flagship enterprises and capital brands.
