How to install a sink downspout

1, pre-check

We also need to check the quantity and quality of the downpipe fittings and so on before installation. 2, the sewer installation

We to the sewer set into the sealing ring, it will be plugged into the washbasin sewer mouth. Next to the downcomer nut on the sealing rubber gasket and put it from under the washbasin set in the downcomer, tighten it after we tighten the downcomer screws, and then the downcomer lifting the cage, cover in the put in place. The other sink of the washbasin is also in accordance with the same method of installing the underdrainer.

3, the installation of overflow pipe

We will overflow joints in the overflow pipe, and then the sealing pad in the overflow joints on the fixed card point, if the fixing is not solid, we can use glue to glue the sealing pad. Next, we will put the overflow pipe connector on the sink overflow, and use the screws to fix the overflow connector firmly.

4, the installation of downpipe

We installed a four-way under one of the sink downpipe, and then we find the downpipe connection pipe, set the nut and put a good sealing gasket on both ends of the pipe, the other sink downpipe and the four-way connected together. We install the S elbow at the connection under the tee, and we need to put the sealant gasket in place during installation.

Next we install the downspout hose on the S elbow and insert the reducer on the other end of the downspout hose and put in a decorative cap or odor plug and insert it into the downspout opening. Finally we connect the installed overflow hose to the other port of the 4-way.
