What are the fishing tools and methods for freshwater shrimp?

(1) The ground cage net is made of steel bars with a diameter of 6 mm, processed into a 40 cm square frame, connected with steel ropes every 50 cm, and wrapped with polyethylene net. One or both ends of the ground cage net are made into net bags, and whisker doors are made on each frame and its net pieces, so that shrimps can only enter but not exit. The length of the cage net can be determined according to the length and width of the pond. The ground cage net is a fixed tool, which can be used all year round. Put the cage net in the pond and lift it up every morning to collect shrimp, so that the fishing effect is better.

(2) The shrimp cage is woven into a T-shaped cylindrical cage with a diameter of 10 cm, and there are inverted whiskers at the two entrances, so that the green shrimp can only enter but not exit. Baits such as dough and wheat bran are put into the cage to lure shrimps into the cage for catching. Generally, it is released at night. In the morning, the shrimps are put into cages, large-scale commercial shrimps are selected for sale, and then the shrimps are put back into the pond to continue breeding.

(3) Copying the net is also called hand copying the net, which is simple to make and convenient to use. When catching shrimps, it is better to use hand-made nets to catch shrimps under aquatic plants or artificial shrimp nests, especially when a small amount of shrimps are urgently needed.

(4) Shrimp balls are woven into oblate hollow balls with a diameter of 60-70cm with bamboo tips, wood shavings and masson pine tips. The top is tied with plastic rope, and the foam plastic is used as the float. Put the shrimp balls into the aquaculture waters, and regularly catch the shrimps collected on the shrimp balls with a hand-written net.

(5) Trawls are made of polyethylene nets, which are similar to fishing nets for summer flowers. Trawl is mainly used for centralized fishing. First release most of the water in the shrimp pond, and then drag it away with a trawl. In addition to catching shrimps with tools, you can also catch shrimps with water and dry ponds, and finally catch all the shrimps out of the pond.
