How to make vanilla Qifeng cake?

Eggs, 5 sugars, 75 grams.

60 grams of milk, 40 grams of tasteless salad oil (avoid peanut oil)

Method for making vanilla Qifeng cake

Step 1

Take two slightly larger clean pots, carefully separate the egg yolk and egg white, and put them on two plates (this step is very important, it must be clean and oil-free).

Second step

Add 50G of fine sugar into the egg white basin and beat for two or three times until the egg white is dry and frothy (subject to the egg white).

Third step

Add milk, salad oil and the remaining 25 grams of sugar into the egg yolk liquid and stir well. Sift in 100G low-gluten flour and appropriate amount of vanilla extract or vanilla powder and mix well.

Fourth step

Stir the egg white paste into the egg yolk paste and mix it evenly from bottom to top (don't stir in circles) until all the egg white and egg yolk paste are mixed evenly.

Step five
