If it is an electric light source microscope, turn on the power to see if the light is normal and the brightness of the bulb can be adjusted.

The microscope focusing on the workbench checks whether the workbench is normal up and down, whether it moves back and forth left and right, and whether the eyepiece tube is focused depends on whether the lens tube is adjusted up and down.

Electric light source microscope checks whether Abbe focusing lens is centered.

Then check whether the objective lenses with various magnifications are the magnifications you need when you buy them.

Then the imaging inspection, through the objective lens of different magnification to see if the sample is clear.
