The practice of Lycium barbarum
Lycium barbarum is a traditional Chinese medicine, which has many functions such as nourishing liver and kidney, benefiting eyesight and so on.
Chinese wolfberry is often used by doctors in past dynasties to treat blurred vision and night blindness caused by liver blood deficiency and kidney yin deficiency. Recently, the British discovered the function of Lycium barbarum in delaying aging in their research.
First, medlar black sesame porridge
Ingredients: rice, glutinous rice, black sesame and medlar.
Exercise:
1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for several hours in advance; Lycium barbarum soaked in hair for later use.
2. Sit in a pot of water. After the water is boiled, add rice, glutinous rice and black sesame seeds and stir until the pot boils, so as not to stick to the bottom of the pot.

5. Steamed chicken with mushrooms, red dates and medlar
Ingredients: chicken wings, mushrooms, red dates, medlar, garlic and onions. Marinade: raw flour, vegetable oil, cooking wine, salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, sugar and a little sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Wash chicken wings, drain water, cut into small pieces, put them in an enlarged bowl, add marinade and mix well, marinate for at least half an hour, preferably overnight.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 300ml vegetarian soup, Lycium barbarum 10 g, and 30 g diced mushrooms.

Ingredients: 200 grams of pure milk, 25 grams of sugar, 2 eggs and 20 grams of medlar.
