Provisions on online inquiry evaluation auction

Legal analysis: online inquiry evaluation auction stipulates that if the reference price is determined through online inquiry, the people's court needs to issue online inquiry power of attorney to all judicial online inquiry platforms in the inventory. The power of attorney for online inquiry needs to write clearly the property name, physical characteristics, specifications and quantity, usage requirements, completion period and other contents that need to be clear. After the judicial online inquiry platform is removed from the list, it shall not be included in the list library within five years.

Legal basis: Article 8 of the Auction Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). Articles or property rights that can be transferred only after examination and approval according to the law or the provisions of the State Council shall go through the examination and approval procedures before the auction. Before the auction, the cultural relics entrusted for auction shall be appraised and approved by the cultural relics administrative department of the auctioneer's domicile.
