What is open marriage?
Open marriage is after marriage, the couple practiced the treatment of sexual life adopted by the casual lifestyle, that is, sexual life at will, each other without constraints. This kind of marriage is similar to a man and woman dancing, feel good then continue to dance, feel bad then go their own way, each looking for their own.
The parties build an honest relationship between two people based on equal freedom and equal rights to the development of their personalities. An open peer relationship is a relationship between a man and a woman who are not manipulated by others. Each person does not live for the other; it is a union of two people of equal status. There is no ruler or ruled in this union, no imposed restrictions or stifling demands for possession; the woman does not just take care of the house and the man does not give orders. Their relationship is based on mutual admiration and trust.
What are the pros and cons of an open marriage? There are pros and cons to everything. There are active and passive open marriages. Passive open marriages are somewhat tragic.
Benefits:
1, freedom. Both parties have enough freedom to develop their personalities mentally and emotionally. Couples are able to be in tune with the outside world as they adjust their relationship, and each person has the opportunity to gain experience and develop possibilities from outside the marriage.
2, reduce conflicts. Two people think freely, naturally less demanding of each other, less expectation and less contradiction ......
3, personal experience is richer. Each person is free to let his or her personality mature and develop, enriching his or her own experience through the outside world, while at the same time benefiting from the experience gained by the partner in the outside world. (To put it bluntly, it's exciting.)
Disadvantages:
1, Marriage is not a secure relationship. Such people generally do not take marriage too seriously, much less see it as set in stone; since they can get married, if they feel unhappy, they can of course get divorced.
2, false emotional pretext. One side of the marriage wants to be free, so that the other side passively accept the open marriage. In fact, it is just a fake "open marriage" as a pretext to fulfill their own selfish desires.
3, I think in our view, open marriage is a bit of a ruin, and it's hard to understand on a moral level. After all, people who are not exclusive in love in marriage are either scum or scum!
Summary:As a conservative and traditional Chinese woman, as a 90-year-old young woman, I really find it difficult to accept the "open marriage" this set, in my eyes, this is "hooliganism"!
