The wire harness tester can greatly shorten the automobile inspection time?

The electrical performance test of wire harness is generally divided into short-circuit test, durability test and locked-rotor test. ?

1) When a short circuit occurs in the wiring harness short circuit test, it is required to blow the fuse in the circuit within a certain period of time to protect the wires and connectors.

2) Wiring harness, connector, fuse, etc. are required for the endurance test of wiring harness after working at full load or overload for a certain period of time. Should not be burned, and the temperature rise of the conductor should not exceed the specified value.

3) Locked-rotor test of motor harness: there are two kinds of motors with thermistor or fuse protection and motors without thermistor or fuse protection, and there are two kinds of corresponding locked-rotor tests.

4) Flexibility test of the wiring harness Generally, the wiring harness cannot be bent and twisted during installation, but the connecting wiring harnesses between the engine compartment and the car body, between the door and the car body, and between the front and rear covers and the car body must be bent and twisted. Therefore, this part of the harness must be tested for flexibility to verify the durability of wires, plastic skins and bandages (such as bellows and through-hole rubber sleeves). Generally, the number of bending endurance tests of each harness varies according to the actual frequency of use. For example, the front door harness has the most endurance tests, followed by the back door. Because vehicles run and use in various environments, this kind of wiring harness should be tested in high and low temperature environments.
