Filing conditions:

Obtain the Pharmaceutical Preparation License of Medical Institution.

It is stipulated in the announcement that a medical institution shall obtain a Pharmaceutical Preparation License for Medical Institutions when preparing Chinese medicinal preparations. A medical institution that has not obtained the Pharmaceutical Preparation License for Medical Institutions or the Pharmaceutical Preparation License for Medical Institutions without Corresponding Dosage Forms may entrust a qualified unit to prepare it, but at the same time it must file with the provincial food and drug supervision and administration department where the entrusting party is located. Entrusted preparation shall comply with the relevant provisions.

Four cases will not be filed:

(1) The circumstances stipulated in the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Preparations in Medical Institutions (Trial) that it is not allowed to be declared as preparations in medical institutions.

(2) Varieties of different dosage forms with the same prescription as those on the market.

(3) Chinese medicine formula granules

(four) other preparations that do not meet the relevant provisions of the state.
