Problems and Countermeasures in Primary Education and Teaching Research Paper

Elementary education, as the foundation of China's overall educational endeavor, has a crucial impact on social development and talent cultivation. Compared with the past, China's existing primary education has made great progress, but it is undeniable that there are still many educational problems that need to be solved. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform in primary education, the existing teaching, management mode and system of primary education have put forward higher and deeper requirements. As a primary education front-line workers, the author around the actual work, analyze the problems in primary education, and based on work experience, put forward some realistic solutions.

First, the current situation and problems of primary education teaching

The basis of education is basic education, basic education in China refers to the nine-year compulsory education, and primary education is an important part of the nine-year compulsory education. Since the 1980s, primary education has received more and more attention from the state, and the teaching of primary education has undergone radical reforms and changes. For example, elementary school teaching facilities have been greatly improved, and school buildings have been repaired and remodeled; elementary school teachers have also been emphasized, given certain learning opportunities, and the level of teachers has been greatly improved; the quality and quantity of teaching equipment has been improved, and the teaching and learning styles have been improved accordingly. However, due to the complexity and specificity of primary education, there are still some problems, some stubborn people on the existence of the need to gradually work to change.

1. The influence of test-based education ideology judgment

China's traditional education and teaching has always been based on education, although in recent years the emphasis on quality education, but the influence of education still exists, part of the educators are still to the core of the results to judge the student's good good or bad. 2. The quality of the teaching force needs to be improved

Some teachers always teach in the traditional way of exam-oriented education, and the way and method are backward. In order to improve students' performance, some teachers educate students by means of corporal punishment, all of which will cause students' unhealthy development physically and mentally. Secondly, modern professional knowledge is not complete enough. Elementary school teachers work all year round in the front line positions, although there are certain learning opportunities, but due to the nature of the work is busy, relatively speaking, the training opportunities are still less, elementary school teachers to use modern and advanced teaching equipment, scientific and effective teaching mode, as well as the healthy psychological growth of elementary school students to guide the way to be in urgent need of improvement.

3. Home-school cooperation needs to be improved

The education and teaching of elementary school students is not only the responsibility of the school, it should be the responsibility of the family and the school **** the same. The majority of schools tend to focus only on education and teaching within the campus, and believe that life and education outside the campus is not related to the school, thus leading to an asymmetry of information communication between home and school. The current problem of primary education teaching countermeasures

1. The change of the traditional concept of examination

For some teachers to determine the students purely on the basis of good or bad academic performance, the disadvantages of the students' evaluation, as educators should be timely to the traditional concept of examination education change. For the current requirements of the new curriculum reform, elementary school educators should develop a more suitable evaluation system for the modern society, should be to comprehensively cultivate high-quality talents as an important standard, cultivate the development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor comprehensive development of primary school students. 2. Improvement of the quality of the teaching force

Part of the elementary school educators have a lower overall quality, lack of educational responsibility for the solution of this problem, the elementary school front-line educators should be updated at any time to the existing education and teaching skills, and to provide more to the front-line educators to provide training and learning opportunities, and to provide advanced education and teaching equipment and means, so that the educators can be through the modern and advanced concepts and means to train the students. The educators can cultivate the excellent thinking mode and outlook on life, values and worldview of primary school students through modern and advanced concepts and means, and at the same time obtain the satisfaction and pleasure of learning in happy education. In some areas of Guangxi, the local standard of living is low, the education conditions are constrained, the elementary school students are exposed to fewer fresh things in society, and their thinking is also more backward, they do not have greater ideals for the future, and lack of higher pursuit of life, and there are more left-behind children, so the elementary school educators face this problem, they should learn how to communicate with the students, and through the advanced education means and concepts to help students with difficulties to solve their academic problems quickly. The first step is to help the students to solve the problems of their studies.

3. The importance of home-school co-education

Elementary education and teaching is not something that can be accomplished unilaterally by the school. It can be said that the campus is the first battleground, and the family is the second battleground, and the two battlegrounds are mutually supportive and cooperative in order to achieve victory. Schools should form a smooth bridge of communication with families, change the traditional passive form, take the initiative to communicate with parents. Educators should make full use of traditional forms of communication, such as talks and home visits, to keep abreast of students' learning and life dynamics at home, and to develop specific teaching plans for primary school students that are in line with their individual development. At the same time should also give full play to the role of new media, through the establishment of QQ group, micro letter group network community, so that students' parents and the school to form a good interactive platform, to realize the cultivation of moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic all-round development of high-quality students. At the same time, educators can also use the circle of friends, microblogging and other network positions, the development of educators personal public number, timely release of relevant teaching information, so that the two battlefields of home and school are truly united for the students' academic escort.

Therefore, it is very necessary to solve the current problems in primary education teaching.
