1. Orders (purchase orders and production orders) need to be checked when goods are put into storage. Only when the material number, name, specification, model and quantity of the goods to be put into storage are consistent with the order can the warehousing procedures be handled.

① It is forbidden to receive goods without bill of lading; Due to special circumstances such as production emergency, personnel going out, etc., it is necessary to consult the superior and the order management department and obtain authorization, but the order management department must fill in the order within one working day;

(2) It is forbidden to receive goods in excess of the order. A small amount of goods received in excess of the order due to the reasonable loss of picking or measuring more or less terms or the minimum production quantity of machine tools shall be within a reasonable range and comply with relevant management norms or regulations.

2. Goods entering the warehouse must be accurately measured and counted by appropriate methods. For receiving goods in large quantities, a certain proportion can be used for unpacking and spot checking. If the actual quantity is found to be less than the marked quantity during the spot check, the goods will be received according to the minimum spot check quantity.

3. When goods are put into storage, they need to go through quality inspection procedures, including:

(1) The purchased and outsourced materials/products must fill in the inspection form, and the formal warehousing formalities can only be handled after passing the inspection; The delivery voucher or temporary receipt voucher provided by other suppliers can only be signed by the warehouse keeper to temporarily receive the quantity, and the official seal representing the company is not allowed.

② In particular, the materials that fail the sampling inspection and are required to be "recycled" or "selected for use" by the production department must conform to the relevant procedures and approval procedures, and the warehouse keeper must indicate the words "unqualified recycling" or "selected for use" when signing.

(3) Self-produced finished products and spare parts must go through warehousing formalities with the quality inspection documents (or documents) of the current batch. Some customers' products also need customer confirmation documents.
