What is China education?

Chinese-style education refers to an exam-oriented education mode that emphasizes students' accumulation of learning knowledge and attaches importance to learning and memory.

1986, compulsory education was officially popularized. All school-age children must receive nine-year compulsory education, and China mathematics and physical chemistry have become the contents that students must study.

Although they are all Chinese-style education, modern Chinese-style education has a more formal name, that is, the "German model". The ancient imperial examination system, or the modern educational model, is actually oriented to a fixed crowd: people with non-bottom background and certain resources. This educational model should be called "privileged education".

Although in the following days, China's current education model is often criticized, especially in the case of underdeveloped network, it is always not difficult to see some articles or arguments attacking domestic education in some common newspapers and magazines. It is often mentioned that domestic students are problem-solving machines, and their learning mode is cramming education.

The criticized education in China is often compared with the western education model, or more accurately, with the British education model. The main purpose of English education mode is to concentrate resources on a few people and achieve the greatest effect of talent transformation.

Therefore, from today's news, we can easily find that the western-style education represented by Britain has trained many talents, but the education level of the bottom people is also very different, which is one of the main differences brought by the so-called "compulsory" learning and free choice learning mode.
