Historical background of the entrance of Ruixin Village

Based on the late Tang Dynasty, it was named Guiyang. Ruixin Village is located in Jiu Feng Town, Pinghe County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. It is said that it has a history of thousands of years. Founded in the late Tang Dynasty, it was named Guiyang at that time. Huang has lived in the village all his life. His temple is dedicated to Guangying Wang, also called Guangying Temple. Located at the entrance of the village, the temple was built in the 16th year of Yuan Dynasty (1356). During the reign of Shunzhi, Kangxi and Qianlong in Qing Dynasty, it was repaired. The temple is very large in scale. The front hall is dedicated to the statue of King Guang Ying, and the back hall is dedicated to Huang's ancestors. The temple has been listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Pinghe County.
