How to make Chili sauce with dried yellow sauce?

Ingredients: dried yellow sauce and red pepper.

Accessories: oil, lobster sauce, pepper powder, pepper, crystal sugar, white wine, balsamic vinegar, Jiang Mo, minced garlic, chopped green onion, cooked sesame seeds and cooked peanuts.

Steps:
