The Historical Value of Ganzhou Ancient City Wall

This tradition has been preserved to this day, becoming a historical masterpiece of Ganzhou, recording the rise and fall of the ancient city of Ganzhou, and fully embodying the traditional architectural style and planning thought of the Han nationality. It is a landmark building showing the historical and cultural characteristics of the Han nationality. This is of great historical value to the study of ancient urban construction in China. 1996, the State Council listed the ancient city wall of Ganzhou as a national key cultural relics protection unit.
