How does ranked play work in League of Legends, I'm level 14 now

Summoner level 30J, have more than 16 heroes can be single ranked already double ranked. The qualifying rounds are in draft mode, which simply means that the 1L on your side can BAN (disable) 3 heroes, and likewise the opposite side can as well. If you take Galen on your side, then the opposite side can't take it again. Likewise, you can't take any heroes they take. The same hero can only appear in one match. The rest is the same as the match. I hope to adopt
