How to dry persimmon?

The drying method of persimmon is as follows:

1. Wash and drain the selected persimmons, cut off the sepals, leaves and other redundant parts, leaving only the calyx plate and some fruit stalks, and then cut off the outer skin. Don't throw away the peeled persimmon skin, and dry it in the sun for later use, because it will be used when it comes out of frost. ?

2. Prepare some strong enough ropes and tie the peeled persimmons to the ropes. Then you will know why you want to keep the fruit handle. Don't arrange it too crowded when tying, and keep at least two inches between two persimmons. Because drying persimmons requires good ventilation, overcrowded layout is not conducive to ventilation. Finally, hang the tied persimmons in a sunny and well-ventilated place and start drying.

3. Then, stack the persimmon stalks pressed into cakes in pairs facing the persimmon stalks, and put them on the screen window or bamboo raft to continue drying for a period of time. Dry until the persimmon begins to harden, and it is not easy to knead it by hand. This shows that the water content of persimmon is already very low. At this time, you can stop drying and prepare for first frost.
