Weiback (Yantai) Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in February 2008, which is a wholly-owned enterprise of German Weiback Company in China. The site is located in Laishan Development Zone, Yantai. The initial planning is about 200 people, and the first phase of the factory is nearly 8000 square meters. Customers in China include world-renowned automobile manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, General Motors, Ford and Citroen.

Weiback Company is a joint venture established by two German companies, namely, the Freudenberg Group and the Phoenix Group. Both Freudenberg Group and Phoenix Group are global group enterprises with a long history of 150 years, and the rubber industry technology is leading the world. At the end of 2004, due to the change of the equity of Phoenix Group, Kedebao Group acquired all the shares of Weiback Company and became the sole shareholder of Weiback Company.

Mercedes-Benz is our biggest customer, accounting for 265,438+0% of our global market share. Weiback Company is also the world's largest supplier of air springs for passenger cars, accounting for about 50% of the global market share, supporting high-end luxury cars such as Rolls-Royce, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz S-Class and E-Class, BMW 7 Series and 5 Series. At present, the full set of air springs used in some domestic Audi A6 models are also our products. In the field of commercial vehicles, Weiback Company is also one of the largest suppliers of air springs in the world, with production bases in Europe and South America respectively.
