Novel coronavirus's Diagnosis and Treatment Plan (9th Edition) points out that this disease belongs to the category of "epidemic" in traditional Chinese medicine. Because of the feeling of "epidemic", all localities can treat it according to the condition, syndrome and climate, with reference to the following plans. Doses exceeding the pharmacopoeia should be used under the guidance of a doctor.

(1) medical observation period

Clinical manifestations 1: fatigue with gastrointestinal discomfort.

Recommended Chinese patent medicine: Huoxiang Zhengqi Capsule (pill, water, oral liquid)

Clinical manifestation 2: fatigue with fever

Recommended Chinese patent medicines: Jinhua Qinggan Granule, Lianhua Qingwen Capsule (granule) and Shufeng Jiedu Capsule (granule).

(2) Clinical treatment period (confirmed cases)

(2- 1) Qingfei Paidu Decoction and Qingfei Paidu Granule

Scope of application: Combined with the clinical observation of doctors in many places, it is suitable for mild, common and severe patients, and can be used reasonably according to their own actual conditions in the treatment of critically ill patients.

The basic prescription: Ephedra 9g, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 6g, Almond 9g, Gypsum Fibrosum15-30g (fried first), Ramulus Cinnamomi 9g, Alismatis Rhizoma 9g, Polyporus 9g, Atractylodis Macrocephalae 9g, Poria15-30g, Bupleuri Radix 16g, Scutellariae Radix 6g, Jiang Banxia 9g, Ginger 9g, Aster Radix.

Administration method: decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine, decoction. Once a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, 40 minutes after meals, three times for a course of treatment.

If possible, you can drink half a bowl of rice soup after each medication, and those with dry tongue and insufficient body fluid can drink an extra bowl. (Note: if the patient has no fever, the dosage of gypsum should be small, and if the patient has fever or high fever, the dosage of gypsum can be increased). If the symptoms improve but are not cured, the second course of treatment is carried out. If the patient has special circumstances or other basic diseases, the prescription can be modified according to the actual situation in the second course of treatment, and the drug can be stopped after the symptoms disappear.

Administration method of Qingfei Paidu Granule: Take it with boiling water, 2 bags at a time, twice a day. The course of treatment is 3-6 days.

① Cold-dampness stagnation of lung syndrome

Clinical manifestations: fever, fatigue, body aches, cough, expectoration, chest tightness, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or sticky stool. The tongue is light and fat, with teeth marks or reddish, white, thick or greasy fur, and wet or slippery pulse.

Recommended prescription: cold and dampness popular prescription

Basic prescription: raw ephedra 6g, gypsum 15g, almond 9g, notopterygium root 15g, Lepidium seed 15g, Rhizoma Osmundae 9g, Pheretima 15g, Xu Changqing 15g, Pogostemon/.

Administration method: daily 1 dose, 600ml decoction, three times, morning, noon and evening 1 time, before meals.

Cold-dampness epidemic prescription is also suitable for ordinary patients.

② Damp-heat accumulating lung syndrome

Clinical manifestations: low or no fever, mild aversion to cold, fatigue, heavy head and body fatigue, muscle aches, dry expectoration, sore throat, dry mouth and no desire to drink more, or accompanied by chest tightness, anorexia, loose stool or sticky stool. Red tongue, white fur, thick greasy or thin yellow, slippery or moist pulse.

Recommended prescriptions: Areca catechu 10g, Amomum tsao-ko 10g, Magnolia officinalis 10g, Anemarrhena asphodeloides 10g, Scutellariae Radix 10g, Bupleurum Radix 10g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 10g, Fructus Forsythiae.

Administration method: daily 1 dose, decocted with 400ml, taken twice, morning and evening 1 time.

Recommended Chinese patent medicines: Jinhua Qinggan Granule and Lianhua Qingwen Capsule (granule).

Jinhua Qinggan Granule is taken with boiled water, 1 ~ 2 bags once, three times a day. The course of treatment is 5-7 days.

Lianhua Qingwen Granule is taken orally. Once 1 bag, three times a day. The course of treatment is 7 ~ 10 days.

Lianhua Qingwen Capsule is taken orally. Take four tablets at a time and three times a day.

Recommended acupoints for acupuncture treatment: Hegu, Houxi, Yinlingquan, Taixi, Shu Fei and Pishu. Acupuncture method: Choose 3 acupoints at a time, and acupuncture adopts the method of flat reinforcing and purging, and keep the needle for 30 minutes once a day.

(2-3) Common types

① Clinical manifestations of damp-toxic stagnation of lung syndrome: fever, cough with little phlegm, or yellow phlegm, shortness of breath, abdominal distension and constipation. Dark red tongue, fat tongue, yellow greasy or dry fur, slippery or stringy pulse.

Recommended Chinese patent medicine: Xuanfei Baidu Granule

Administration method: Take it with boiled water once 1 bag twice a day. The course of treatment is 7 ~ 14 days, or as directed by the doctor.

② Clinical manifestations of cold-dampness blocking lung syndrome: low fever, low fever or no fever, dry cough, scanty phlegm, fatigue, chest tightness and fullness, or nausea and loose stool. The tongue is pale or reddish, the coating is white or greasy, and the pulse is wet.

Recommended prescription: Xuanfei Runzao Jiedu Recipe Basic prescription: Herba Ephedrae 6g, Almond 10g, Bupleuri Radix 12g, Radix Adenophorae 15g, Radix Ophiopogonis 15g, Radix Scrophulariae 15g, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae 10g, and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.

Administration method: daily 1 dose, decocted with 400ml, taken twice, morning and evening 1 time.

② Clinical manifestations of deficiency of both qi and yin: fatigue, shortness of breath, dry mouth, thirst, palpitation, hyperhidrosis, anorexia, low or moderate fever, dry cough and scanty phlegm. The tongue is short of body fluid, and the pulse is thin or weak.

Recommended prescription: Radix Glehniae 10g, Radix Ophiopogonis 15g, Radix Panacis Quinquefolii 6g, Fructus Schisandrae 6g, Gypsum Fibrosum 15g, Bamboo Leaves 10g, Mulberry Leaves 10g, Rhizoma Phragmitis 15g, and Salvia Miltiorrhiza/kloc.

Administration method: daily 1 dose, decocted with 400ml, taken twice, morning and evening 1 time.

Recommended points for acupuncture treatment: Zusanli (moxibustion), Baihui and Taixi. Acupuncture method: Select the above-mentioned acupoints, acupuncture to tonify deficiency and stop diarrhea, and keep the needle for 30 minutes, once a day/kloc-0.

Moxibustion points: Dazhui, Shu Fei, Pishu and Kongzui, 40 minutes each time, daily 1 time.
