How to make metal etching prints?

Not all plates are put in corrosive solution ~

Fill the page with antiseptic wax or preservative first ~

Form an anticorrosive film ~

Preservatives are generally wax, rosin or something ~

Mainly acid-resistant materials ~

Then draw on the page with a carving needle ~

Is to scrape off the newly painted anticorrosive coating ~

Then put it into corrosive solution for corrosion ~ usually nitric acid solution ~

Its principle is that as long as the anti-corrosion film is scraped off with a carving needle, it will be corroded ~

Forming concave lines ~ the longer the etching time ~ the deeper the concave lines ~

Finally, fish out the board ~

After the anti-corrosion film is removed, it is a version ~

Fill the printing plate with ink before printing ~

Fill all the concave lines with ink ~

Then clean the ink outside the concave line ~

Put it on the machine and press ~

After being pressed ~ the ink in the concave line is absorbed on the paper to form convex lines ~

Because the lines are thick and deep ~ ~

Just add how much ink to erase ~

It forms a multi-level picture ~
