Describe the characteristics and treatment of electrical contact burns.

(6) The flexure surface of the joint often forms a short circuit of electric current and a jumping deep burn occurs.

(2) Treatment: ①Strict bed rest. ② Use exposure therapy and observe the progress of deep injury in time. ③ Severe electrical edema, local blood circulation when the obstacle, should be performed to reduce the tension of the incision. ① For the infected limb, tourniquet and surgical bag should be prepared at bedside to prevent serious bleeding. ⑤ Early surgical exploration is required to remove necrotic tissue. Various effective flaps are selected to cover the trauma and reduce disability.
