How to make clothes from waste materials?
Unused clothes, needle and thread, scissors, ruler, pencil.
Methods/steps:
1, find an unwanted dress.
Measure a square with a ruler, then draw a line with a pencil and cut it with scissors.
3. Cut a circle between two square pieces of cloth.
4. Find a tape (elastic) about 4 cm wide, and then sew up the tail. The stitched circle should be as big as the cut circle.
5. Fold two square pieces of cloth like a picture.
6. Then put the tape on the ring and sew the two layers of cloth with tape.
7. Lift it up and you will find that it has become a skirt.
8. Note: The length of the skirt is controlled by yourself. When cutting the circle, be sure not to cut it too small, otherwise it won't fit in.
