In recent years, we insist on transforming and upgrading traditional industries with high-tech and advanced and applicable technologies, persist in taking the market as the guide and enterprises as the main body, and promote independent innovation, integrated innovation and introduction, digestion, absorption and re-innovation of enterprises, which has significantly improved the level of industrial technology and equipment in our city, effectively adjusted and optimized the industrial product structure, and significantly enhanced the core competitiveness of enterprises.

(1) Petrochemical industry. Petrochemical industry is the first of the seven pillar industries in our city and plays a decisive role. Since the Tenth Five-Year Plan, with the scale of crude oil refining and ethylene processing and the extension of chemical industry as the main line of great transformation, the industrial bases of 25 industries, including petroleum refining, three organic synthetic materials, fertilizers, pesticides, fine chemicals and plastic processing, have basically formed, with more than 400 products in 27 categories, with an annual output of more than 6,543,800 tons, with obvious scale benefits. Among them, the supporting processing capacity of crude oil reaches 6.5438+0.05 million tons/year, and the processing capacity of ethylene reaches 700,000 tons/year. It has formed the secondary processing capacity of 4.4 million tons/year catalytic cracking, 6.5438+200,000 tons/year delayed coking, 6.5438+200,000 tons/year catalytic diesel oil hydrogenation, 600,000 tons/year coking gasoline and diesel oil hydrogenation, 600,000 tons/year continuous reforming, 400,000 tons/year aromatic hydrocarbon extraction and 400,000 tons/year lubricant base oil. And1120,000 tons/year synthetic resin, 265,000 tons/year synthetic rubber, 580,000 tons/year urea,150,000 tons/year concentrated nitric acid, 40,000 tons/year kloc-0/-butene and 20,000 tons/year maleic anhydride. China Petroleum Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, Lanzhou New Sivini Dragon Company, Northwest Yongxin Chemical Company and other advantageous enterprises with important influence and radiation driving force in China continue to grow bigger and stronger. The 200,000-ton methanol project of Bluestar Company was fully completed and put into operation, and the preliminary work of the first phase160,000-ton special fiber project was accelerated. Jinpu Group and Lanzhou Petrochemical reached a comprehensive cooperation agreement, and will jointly invest 2.2 billion yuan to build a 200,000-ton/year C4 deep processing and 60,000-ton butyl rubber project, which has now entered the site selection stage.

The R&D system for petrochemical industry has been initially established, with 14 petrochemical research and design institutes and 13 universities, becoming an important platform for R&D and innovation in petrochemical industry, with 20,000 engineers and management talents, and becoming an important talent support for the development of petrochemical industry. Among them, Lanzhou Institute of Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences has two national key laboratories for hydroxyl synthesis and selective oxidation and solid lubrication, four high-tech research centers, six R&D centers and nine joint laboratories, which is recognized as one of the high-level research institutions in China. Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Institute has strong R&D strength in the fields of refining and petrochemical catalysts, synthetic rubber, resin synthesis and processing, chemical industry, environmental protection and so on. Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Technology Center is a research and development center in the field of synthetic latex and fine chemical products.

In 2007, the petrochemical industry achieved an industrial added value of 8.43 billion yuan, accounting for 34% of the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size in the city.

(2) Equipment manufacturing. It has formed an equipment manufacturing system with petrochemical machinery, general machinery manufacturing, electrical appliances and instruments as the main body, with relatively complete categories and strong foundation and development strength. In 2007, the equipment manufacturing industry achieved an industrial added value of 3.5 billion yuan, an increase of 30.82%, accounting for 14. 12% of the industrial added value above designated size. In recent years, through the implementation or completion of a number of major technological transformation projects, such as the national debt project Shi Lan large hydrogenation reaction device transformation production line, Naichi screw pump production line transformation in different places, Zhongbang company wire and cable production line, Changhong covered electrode, environmental protection equipment factory, Shi Lan Sifang container company and so on. The overall technical equipment level and competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry have been greatly improved, which has promoted the adjustment and optimization of the industry and product structure and introduced the famous brand Geely Automobile. The completion of the first phase to realize the off-line production of the whole vehicle is of great significance for integrating the resources of the equipment manufacturing industry in our city, extending the upstream and downstream industrial chains, improving the overall image of the equipment manufacturing industry in our city and enhancing the overall level of the industry. The equipment manufacturing industry has accelerated the integration and reorganization of the industry. A number of enterprises, such as Lanzhou Machine Tool Factory, Lanzhou Cylinder Factory and Measuring Blade Factory, have introduced strategic investors to realize asset reorganization and give them new vitality. Shanghai Baoxiang and other strategic investors reorganized Lanzhou Jiantong General Factory and Provincial Chemical Machinery Factory, set up Lanzhou United Heavy Industry, and moved from the urban area to the park, which will make every effort to build a leading petrochemical equipment and construction machinery enterprise in our city.

We emphasize independent innovation and integrated innovation, introduce digestion and absorption and re-innovation, and develop a series of products with independent intellectual property rights, such as 9000m electric-driven desert drilling rig, helicopter lifting drilling rig, ground evaporative air cooler, Harmo multiphase flowmeter and high-temperature and high-pressure alloy valve, which has established Lanzhou's position as one of the important petrochemical equipment bases in China. Lanzhou Electric Machinery Factory filled the gap in China with AC speed-regulating motors and frequency converters, established a wind power engineering center, and successfully developed megawatt wind power generation equipment; The vacuum acquisition and application equipment series independently developed by 5 10 Institute and Lanzhou Vacuum Equipment Factory are in sync with the international standards. The space simulation experimental device and cryogenic liquid storage and transportation container have played an important role in ensuring the launch of shenzhou spaceship in China. The technological innovation system of enterprises is taking shape. With the cooperation of Guan Industry-University-Research, in 2007, Lanzhou High-pressure Valve Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou University of Technology jointly established a valve product R&D center, which effectively improved the overall R&D capability and industry technical level of valve products in our city. This is another concrete practice of strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the combination of Industry-University-Research and Zhuhai in the process of revitalizing China's equipment manufacturing industry. A number of national engineering technology centers, such as the National Drying Technology and Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center and the Green Coating Center of Lanzhou Jiaotong University, have been established one after another. Shi Lan Technology Center has been upgraded to a national enterprise technology center. The equipment manufacturing industry in our city has established two national enterprise technology centers (Motor Factory and Shi Lan) and provincial enterprise technology centers, accounting for more than half of the enterprise technology centers in our city, which have become a powerful platform for the research and development and competitiveness improvement of our equipment manufacturing industry.
