What is Hainan ice powder called
It's called Ching Chong Liang.
In Hainan, Qingdianliang has a long history of more than 2200 years. In the local Hainan, there is a "man's dad tea, women's Qingziliang" said. Now Qingziliang is called ice powder.
Hainan Qingziliang is popular in tropical Hainan Island's traditional specialty desserts, with many kinds of food in it, such as hollow powder, mung beans, watermelon, coconut milk, taro, cold powder and so on.
