1. To lift the hydraulic stacker, first loosen the fixing screw at the top of the hydraulic pump with a pipe wrench. The valve stem has light wear, and the valve stem can be polished by chrome plating; If the valve stem is badly worn, it needs to be replaced.

2. Then take out the damping device of the hydraulic pump. If the valve body is damaged, it is necessary to grind and replace the O-ring seal, and tighten the bolts according to the sequence and torque requirements.

3. Fill the hydraulic pump with hydraulic oil until it is full. When the pressure relief valve spring fails, replace the spring, and then adjust the spring pressure to the specified 14mpa with the adjusting screw.

4. Put the damping device of the hydraulic pump back to its original position. Due to the deformation or damage of the valve stem spring, the spring elasticity is reduced, and the valve stem cannot be reset, so the spring should be replaced during maintenance.

5. Press down the damping force with your feet. Because it is filled with hydraulic oil, the pressure in the hydraulic pump is very high, so you can install it on the shock absorber with your feet. Uncleanness between the valve body and the valve stem will cause greater resistance, making it difficult for the valve stem to reset.

6, until the shock absorption to the end. After that, the manual hydraulic stacker will be pressed down and raised. Tighten the screw at the top of the hydraulic pump with a pipe wrench.
