Classic Fables Short Stories with Great Truths Six Articles

#Ability training# IntroductionFable is the flower of wisdom, its petals are a beautiful story, its nectar is the truth contained in the story. Although fables are short, simple and easy to understand, but each story inside the elaboration of a profound truth, so that people recall and benefit. The following is None Share the classic fable short story axiom. Welcome to read reference!

The first classic fable is an axiom

A calf in order to return to the pasture needs to go through a piece of primitive forest, due to the lack of rationality of this calf, only by feeling in the forest alone, so they stepped out of a winding path.

The next day, the dog passed by and took the same path. On the third day, the leader of the flock discovered the path and followed it through the forest with his companions.

Later, people followed this path one after another. They often had to bend down and go around obstacle after obstacle as they went, so they complained and even cursed. However, they only grumbled and did not go around the road.

Gradually, the path became a major road in the mountains. Many years later, the path became the main road of the village and then the main road of the town. All the people complained about the traffic congestion, saying that this road was probably the worst one. And in fact, if you go in the other direction, it may only take thirty minutes to get out of the mountains.

How can life be any different? It seems complicated things, perhaps as long as a little bit of a different angle of thinking, or a different direction of travel, once the thorny problem will be solved. Sometimes, what we lack is not the effort and perseverance of trekking, but the timely thinking and summarization. And, of course, the courage and action necessary to change.

Moral: Thought determines behavior, behavior forms habits, habits determine character, character determines fate.

The second classic fable is a great story

There was a parrot that left home to see the wider world outside. After flying for a few days, it came, tired and hungry, to a mountain forest, where it intended to settle down for the time being. A little squirrel saw the parrot from a foreign land, and immediately jumped and ran all over the mountain forest, telling the news to all the animals: "Go and see, there's a guest, there's a guest!" The animals held a grand welcome ceremony for the parrot, the birds sang beautiful songs, the deer danced, the monkeys picked a lot of delicious berries for the parrot, let it eat a full. The parrot was very touched by all this.

Over the next few months, all the birds and animals treated the parrot very well, and the parrot did what it could for everyone, and everyone loved it.

Although the life is very happy, but over time, the parrot can not help but miss their home. So it said goodbye to everyone and said, "So many days, you all take care of me, so that I am very grateful, but I must go home, I hope you take care." The animals reluctantly gave the parrot ride after ride, but still had to part ways twice.

Some days later, something unfortunate happened. This mountain forest suddenly started a big fire. The fire burned very badly, the flames rolled, reflecting the red half of the sky, a hundred miles away can be seen. The animals in the forest had nowhere to run, and there were countless deaths and injuries, making the situation horrific.

The parrot saw the fire from afar, and said, "No!" He traveled day and night to get to the burning forest. It flew to the nearby river again and again, dipped its feathers in the water, and then sprinkled the water into the forest. I don't know how many times it flew back and forth in this way, the parrot was so tired that it was dizzy, and several times it was almost engulfed by the heat wave, and the feathers on its body were burned, but the fire didn't weaken at all, instead, it burned more and more strongly. The parrot is not discouraged, but still keep sprinkling water.

When the god of heaven saw this, he said to the parrot, "You're being too presumptuous. You can't extinguish the fire with the little water you sprinkle with your feathers. The parrot replied, "I know I may not be of much help, but I used to live there, and all the animals there were very kind and treated me very well. No matter what, I must do everything I can for them and never stand by and watch them burn alive!"

The gods were so moved by these words that they immediately put out the mountain fire, and the parrot's friends were finally saved.

Moral: This behavior of the parrot is really worth learning. Emotionally, faithfully, know and repay is the traditional virtues of the Chinese people, in the friends, loved ones in danger or difficulty, we should spare no effort to lend a helping hand.

Article Three Classic Fables

Yan Hui, a student of Confucius, asked Confucius: "I once took a boat in a deep pool, and the boatman who was ferrying the boat drove it so skillfully that it was like having the help of God. I asked him, 'Is it possible to learn how to steer a boat?' He said, 'It can be learned. Those who are good swimmers will learn it after practicing many times. As for those who are good swimmers who can dive into deep water, even if they have never seen a boat before, they will soon be able to steer a boat as soon as they get started.' I asked him why and he wouldn't tell me. May I ask you, what exactly does he mean by that?"

Confucius said, "The man who is good at swimming learns to steer a boat after practicing many times because he can do so without caring about the horror of the water. As for those who are expert divers, even if they have never seen a boat, they will soon be able to operate it as soon as they come into contact with it, because he sees the abyss as if it were a high mountain on the earth, and the capsizing of a small boat as if it were a car backing up on land in general. How can he not steer the boat with ease when capsizing, reversing, and all the other circumstances appear before his eyes, but cannot disturb him?"

Moral: This fable tells people that in order to truly master a skill, you must have the appropriate psychology and quality, so that you can do it with ease.

Part IV Classic Fables

Once upon a time, there was a young man who had to go to a village on business, and on the way he had to pass through a big mountain. Before he left, his family told him, "Don't be alarmed if you meet a wild animal, climb a tree, and the wild animal can't help you.

The young man took this to heart and went on his way alone.

He walked carefully for a long time, and did not find any wild animals, so it seems that his family's worry is unnecessary. He let go of his heart, and his steps were a little easier. It was at this time that he suddenly saw a fierce tiger speeding by, so he hurriedly climbed up a tree.

The tiger roared around the trunk and desperately jumped upwards. The young man wanted to hug the trunk, but he was so panicked that he accidentally fell out of the tree, right onto the tiger's back. He had to hold on to the tiger's body without letting go, and the tiger was so frightened that it immediately drew up its legs and ran wildly.

Another passerby, who did not know what happened, saw this scene and was very envious, marveling at it: "This man is riding a tiger. It's almost as if the gods are generally happy."

The young man riding on the tiger's back is really suffering: "You see me riding a tiger, but I do not know that I am riding a tiger, the heart is terrified, afraid to die!"

Moral: It may seem majestic or bitter. Therefore, do not blindly envy others in life, but to live truly in their own world.

Part V Classic Fables

There is a treacherous canyon, the bottom of the stream rushing with the rapid flow, and the so-called bridge is a few bare iron cables across the cliffs and cliffs.

A group of four people came to the bridge, a blind man, a deaf man, and two deaf normal people. One by one, the four men grabbed the wire and traveled through the air.

What happened? The blind man, the deaf man crossed the bridge, a deaf man also crossed the bridge, the other fell into the abyss and died.

Is the one who has a good ear not as good as the blind and the deaf?

Yes! His weakness stems precisely from his deafness.

The blind man said, "I can't see with my eyes, I don't know the danger of high mountains and bridges, and I climb the rope with a calm mind."

The deaf man said, "I can't hear, I don't hear the roar of my feet, and my fear is relatively reduced."

The deaf man who crossed the bridge said, "I'll cross my bridge, what do the peaks have to do with me? What do the rapids have to do with me? It is enough for me to take care of my footing."

The rationale: face the environment positively, do not be intimidated by the bluff, we must know that most of them are paper tigers, only a frank face and a positive heart can rule out the bluff on your intimidation.

The sixth classic fable small story axiom

A long, long time ago, there is a Jiao Hu temple, the temple has a jade pillow, pillow has a small hole. It was said that sleeping on this pillow, you could experience many wonderful things in your dreams.

At that time, there was a man named Yang Lin in Shan (shan) Father County, who made a living as a merchant, and his business was not very good. He was sad and miserable all day long, hoping that he would be lucky, and suddenly get rich and become a tycoon on any given day.

On this day, Yang Lin brought the goods to sell, walking sweating, the shoulder burden seems to have a thousand pounds, the pressure of his suffering. Yang Lin was trying to find a place to rest, just passing by the Jiao Hu Temple, so he planned to go in to rest his feet.

Yang Lin knelt down in front of the Bodhisattva and prayed, reciting under his breath: "God bless me with good fortune, get rich, and live happily ever after for the rest of my life!"

When the witch in the temple saw Yang Lin's situation, he said to him, "I'll let you experience the life you want, will you?" Yang Lin was overjoyed and busily said, "Really? Good wow good wow, I'm so willing!"

So the sorcerer took out that magical jade pillow and gave it to Yang Lin, saying, "Go and sleep for a while."

Yang Lin lay down with the jade pillow, and in a short while he entered dreamland. He dreamed that he came to a big family, where pavilions, lakes and mountains, birds and flowers, the house is even more elegant and luxurious, a rich and noble weather. The high-ranking lieutenant Zhao warmly welcomed him into the living room, and talked and laughed with him. Then, the lieutenant Zhao also liked him as his son-in-law, and betrothed his daughter to him. So, he also became a big official, and his family had a lot of money. His wife, who was as beautiful as a flower and as gentle as a woman, gave him six sons. Each of these six sons was very capable.

Yang Lin has to enjoy the endless glory and wealth, carefree life, and the side of the wife and children with the company, living a happy life. In the blink of an eye decades have passed, he still does not want to go home at all.

Suddenly, Yang Lin woke up with a start and realized that he was still in the temple, lying on the jade pillow. Everything that was so beautiful in the dream is nowhere to be seen, only the unsold goods around him are still in place, and he can't help but feel very depressed.

The rationale behind this is that a happy life is not something that can be achieved through illusory dreams. At any time do not expect to sit back and enjoy, their own solid hard work, in order to turn the desire into reality.
