How to stew dog meat?

1. Wash dog meat, chop it, blanch it in a boiling water pot, and drain it.

2. Wash and cut the onion, garlic, ginger and coriander respectively.

3. Light it in a pot, add vegetable oil, heat it, add onion, ginger, garlic cloves, star anise, pepper, cinnamon and dried red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add a spoonful of Chili sauce and bean paste, stir fry in red oil, and pour in dog meat.

5. Cook the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cumin powder, sugar and salt, stir-fry evenly, then pour in a proper amount of beer and add boiled water to the dog meat.

6. After boiling, turn to low heat and stew until the dog meat is cooked and the soup is slightly dry. Finally, sprinkle with coriander and mix well.
