What is the recognized law of life in Huangdi?

Huangdi Neijing summarizes the law of life into five words, namely, "life, longevity, strength, old age and old age". Generally speaking, a person's life goes through five stages: birth, growth, prosperity, aging and death, and each stage has its own different characteristics. It can be seen that the process of life is an objective process of birth, growth, maturity, old age and old age. Birth, growth, maturity and old age are the natural laws of life.

Huangdi Neijing elaborated the life course and laws of human body in detail, especially the changing process and causes of human aging, and of course put forward measures and methods to delay aging.

The following introduces the basic situation of Huangdi Neijing from three aspects.

First, about "disease prevention"

It is of great significance that Huangdi Neijing clearly puts forward the preventive thought of "prevention before illness". The so-called "disease prevention" means taking preventive or therapeutic measures to prevent the occurrence and development of diseases. Among them, many effective principles and methods of health preservation are expounded, such as "nourishing yang in spring and summer, nourishing yin in autumn and winter", harmonizing yin and yang, coordinating viscera, dredging meridians, moderate diet, combining work and rest, etc.

Second, about Huangdi Neijing

According to legend, Huangdi Neijing was written by Huangdi, but later it was generally believed that this book was not written by one person, but was supplemented by many people, just under the guise of Huangdi. As for the time when the book was written, it should be from the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period to the Qin and Han Dynasties, not just for a period of time, so some people think that the book was finalized in the Western Han Dynasty.

Huangdi Neijing occupies a very high position in the medical history of China. Some people have summarized it as "three firsts": it is the first classic of Chinese medicine, the first book of health preservation and the first encyclopedia of life. Huangdi's Internal Classic, Difficult Classic, Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Shennong's Herbal Classic are also called "four classic works of traditional medicine in China", and Huangdi's Internal Classic ranks first. .

Huangdi Neijing is a comprehensive medical work, which is divided into Lingshu and Suwen. The book puts forward many theories of traditional Chinese medicine, such as yin-yang and five elements theory, pulse condition theory, zang-xiang theory, meridian theory, etiology theory, pathogenesis theory, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, health preservation, luck and so on. Therefore, this book is called "the father of medicine".

Why is TCM called "the art of Huang Qi"? In fact, the medical skill originated from Huangdi Neijing, "Huang" refers to Xuanyuan Huangdi, and "Qi" refers to his courtier Qi Bo. According to legend, the Yellow Emperor often discussed medical problems with officials such as Zeebe and Lei Gong, which were recorded in Huangdi Neijing. The book consists of 162 articles, the main content of which is to record the questions and answers of the Yellow Emperor and his courtiers Zebo, Gao Bo, Yu Shao and Lei Gong. Of course, it was written in the name of the Yellow Emperor.
