How to make fresh beef hotpot?
Ingredients: white radish100g, 4 mushrooms, 200g beef.
Accessories: 5g shredded ginger, 5g sliced garlic, 2 dried chilies, 5ml of cooking oil, 30g of star anise 1, 30g of bean paste, 5g of soy sauce, 2g of wine and 300ml of water.
Steps:
Step 1. Set aside garlic, ginger and leek, slice mushrooms, radishes and beef, and chop pepper.

Step three. Add star anise, pepper, ginger, garlic, beef, bean paste, soy sauce and cooking wine into the pot.
