Tips for making bread in Tang Zhong

Bread practice in Tang Zhong is a common practice in Tang Zhong.

1. Make Tang Zhong first: put 20g of high-flour and 80g of clear water into a pot to boil, stir constantly until it becomes sticky, and cool for later use.

2. Except the butter, put it into the bread machine and start kneading for about 25 minutes. Add butter, then knead the dough for about 2 hours and ferment to double the size.

3. According to the size of baking utensils, divide into several pieces, knead the round cover film and ferment for 20 minutes.

4. Roll it up and add the bean paste.
