The current situation of agriculture in China and the world, what is the trend of development

The development trend of Chinese agriculture

(1) Low-carbon economic model is the future direction of Chinese agriculture

From the analysis of the industrial chain of agricultural products production, agricultural production consumption of carbon is roughly three ways: ① the production and use of chemical agricultural inputs, such as fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural films, etc.; ② the manufacture and use of agricultural machinery, such as tractors, cultivation machinery, water pumps, etc.; ③ the processing and distribution of agricultural products in the process of energy use, such as processing, transportation and packaging, etc.; ③ the processing and distribution of agricultural products, such as processing, transportation and packaging. ③ energy use in the processing and distribution of agricultural products, such as processing, transportation and packaging. Then there is a need to target changes in the original high-carbon agricultural production methods, to low-carbon agricultural production methods.

(2) Resource- and energy-saving farming techniques

(1) Conservation tillage techniques. Precision plowing in the traditional Chinese farming system has long been considered a good farming habit,

but excessive precision plowing not only consumes a large amount of energy, it is also unnecessary and even has negative effects.

(2) Promotion of water-saving and drought-resistant technologies.

As the response to climate change is a global challenge, the resulting low-carbon economic development model and development concepts have profoundly affected countries around the world. Agriculture, as an important industrial sector that relies on natural reproduction to provide products, has a two-way impact relationship with global climate change and greenhouse gas emission reduction, i.e., agricultural production activities affect global climate change, and climate change has a direct impact on agricultural production activities. Low-carbon agricultural economy is essentially a new development model and concept, under which agricultural production methods and activities are changed in the direction of "decarbonization", and the content of the change is to reduce the consumption of carbon-containing energy and natural resources in all kinds of agricultural activities on the premise of minimizing the agricultural output and income. From the perspective of industrial chain and technology, this study discusses the direction of decarbonization of farming technology, agrochemical inputs, agricultural biotechnology and comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste, as well as the evolution of agricultural production organization and the development trend of decarbonization of the processing and distribution of agricultural products at the end of the industrial chain. It can be foreseen that the traditional high carbon, high energy consumption, non-resource saving, environmentally unfriendly current agricultural production methods have come to an end, low carbon, resource and energy saving, environmentally friendly as a significant feature of the low-carbon economic model will certainly become the direction of China's agricultural development, which will have a far-reaching impact on the future direction of China's agricultural production methods and technological development.
