The main content was to analyze the main difficulties faced by Shilian Village in the current revitalization stage. Peng Feng, secretary of the General Party Branch of Shilian Village, gave a brief introduction to the basic village situation of Shilian Village, and pointed out some problems existing in the cultural revitalization of Shilian Village. "The villagers go out early and come back late, and they are busy with their work. They basically have no free time to understand national policies. "How to expand the influence of the farmer's bookstore is also a problem that team members need to think about. During the meeting, Mr. Liao Congxuan, the leader of the cultural revitalization group, also gave a brief report on the work in the countryside, proposing that this work will focus on two aspects: "ideological and moral construction" and "cultural career development", and determined that the purpose of this research activity is to revitalize the economy with culture, promote the overall development of rural areas, provide an example for rural development models, and create value for society.

From July 15 to July 2 1 Sunday, every morning, the special group will visit the courtyard of Shilian Village, and conduct questionnaires and interviews to collect more than 300 valid questionnaires around the themes of "strengthening the construction of rural public culture", "inheriting rural excellent traditional culture" and "promoting the action of changing customs". The team members found that the villagers' cultural and recreational activities were few. Many villagers don't know the farmer's bookstore and have never been there. The team fed back the questions to the village committee, and proposed "enriching the cultural life of the villagers by showing movies and organizing song and dance competitions" and "relying on the farmer's bookstore to carry out reading activities with distinctive themes and closely related to farmers' production and life, and cultivate farmers' reading interest. Practical suggestions such as "integrating village resources and forming channels for regularly updating and exchanging books" can meet the spiritual and cultural needs of villagers and boost the cultural construction of Shilian Village.

On July 18, the team members interviewed the Red and White Council of Shilian Village. At the beginning of the establishment of the Red and White Council, due to the different living habits in the hospital and the psychology of some villagers, some work was difficult to carry out. However, through a series of positive measures, such as vigorously carrying out ideological work, advocating party member to take the lead in demonstration and health contract system, members of the board of directors have effectively played an important role in villagers' autonomy, making the masses truly become the makers, executors, auditors and beneficiaries of civilized rural customs. Today, the Red and White Council of Shilian Village, the Association for the Aged and the village committee form a joint force to manage red and white weddings and funerals while retaining the traditional significance. Compared with before customs clearance, it can save 30,000-50,000 per year.

Rural revitalization should give full play to the role of grass-roots organizations. In order to better understand the effectiveness of cultural construction activities in Shilian Village, the team members had an exchange with Wu Jun, the first resident secretary of Shilian Village, on July 19. In the interview, Secretary Wu Jun said, "We should focus on party building, give play to the role of party member and lead villagers to participate in construction and development." Grass-roots party organizations are the basis of all the party's work and combat effectiveness, and are the organizers, promoters and implementers of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. They will focus on party building, strengthen the construction of cultural facilities, enrich cultural carriers, let villagers participate in their favorite cultural activities independently, actively play the vanguard and exemplary role of party member cadres, and improve their appeal.
