He was born in Austria in 1756, where his father was a violinist in the court orchestra and a composer. As his father is anonymous musicians, the children in the family are trained and inculcated by his father, when Mozart was 3 years old, one day, his father was teaching his sister to play the piano in the piano room, Mozart moved a small stool on the side of the watch, he began to have a strong interest in music, since then, whenever his father teaches his sister to play the piano, he was listening to the side of the Mozart's memory personality is good, as long as he has listened to the tunes, he remembers, whenever his sister played the wrong music he can accurately point out.

Musician's short story (2):
The story of Johann Sebastian Bach
Johann? Bach (Johan Sebastian Bach). Bach (JohanSebastianBach) was born on March 31, 1685 in Germany, at the age of 10 years old, both parents died, and had to go abroad to live with his elder brother Christopher. Christoph had taken lessons from the master organist and owned a copy of the master's handwritten sheet music, which he locked in a cabinet with a lattice door in his study, keeping it very secret. Young Bach had a strong desire to learn, and this book of music was undoubtedly a great treasure for him. So, on a bright moonlit night, Bach sneaked into his brother's study, reached into the lattice door cabinet with his little hand, rolled up the sheet music and took it out, and copied it by the light of the moon. Six months later, he had copied an entire book of sheet music. Unfortunately, when his brother found out, he rudely confiscated the book. Bach did not resent his brother for this, and he recounted this with great affection in his obituary in memory of his brother? innocent act of deception?
Studying abroad
In Bach's formative years, in poor and backward Germany, where transportation and sheet music printing were not yet developed, the only way to learn from the famous masters was to visit them in person and listen to their teaching, in addition to transcribing their precious sheet music manuscripts. For Bach, who was from a poor family, he was destined to embark on an arduous journey of learning.
At the age of 15, Bach left his brother and traveled 300 kilometers to Lüneburg to study. While studying at St. Michael's Church in Lüneburg, he met and familiarized himself with the city's organist, B?hm, and his music; Bach also made several full-day treks to Hamburg to hear Reincken, and once made a two-day trek to Celle to hear the French-style court orchestra there.
On his way back to Lüneburg from Hamburg, he ran out of money and sat down by a roadside diner, hungry. Suddenly, two fish heads were thrown out of the window of the restaurant, and Bach rushed over to pick them up to satisfy his hunger. He didn't realize that there were two gold coins hidden in the fish heads, which were originally alms from a kind-hearted person. Bach was very grateful. Now he not only had enough food, but also enough money to pay for his next trip to Hamburg.
In 1705, when Bach was already organist of the new church in Arnstadt, he asked the church authorities for leave to go to Lübeck to hear a recital of organ works by the famous German composer Buxtehude. There he was mesmerized by Buxtehude's music and stayed for four months before returning. For this he was reprimanded by the church authorities.
The King of the Organ
Bach could be called the ? King of the Organ? The organ was Bach's main creative instrument throughout his life, and it was the instrument that best exemplified his art of playing. Bach's fame as an organist far exceeded his reputation as a composer. Bach pioneered the use of all five fingers (previous musicians had rarely used their thumbs) and highly developed the use of the pedals.
At the end of 1714, Bach visited the city of Kassel and caused a sensation by playing the organ for Prince Friedrich. After many years, someone recalled the occasion thus: ? His feet flew over the pedals as if they had wings, making the sound reverberate like thunder and lightning in a storm. The Prince took off the ring on his finger and presented it to him. Imagine what the Prince would have rewarded Bach with if his skillful feet had been so gifted?
A famous musician said of Bach after his death: ? Just as there was only one Homer in Greece, only one Virgil in Rome, so there was only one Bach in Germany. In the art of composition or in the performance of the organ and the harpsichord, no one in Europe has yet equaled him, and no one will ever surpass him.
Another of Bach's great skills was improvisation. Flow out. Reinken marveled: ? I thought the art of improvisation was dead, but now I see that it is alive in you.
It is said that Bach also liked to play in humble churches in the countryside. Once, a long heard of Bach's fame but did not know the country organist heard Bach with a simple organ played amazingly beautiful music, he said to the extraordinary stranger in front of him: ? You are, if not the great Bach, an angel from heaven. He alone has such skill!!!?
Into the ground
On July 31, 1750, Bach was buried under the south wall of the churchyard of St. John's in Leipzig, without a tombstone or any monument. As a result, the exact location of his grave was soon forgotten.
Nearly a century later, people remembered the mausoleum, and the Bach Society, founded in 1850 to atone for the sins of those who had neglected the master, decided to rebuild the mausoleum in 1885, the bicentennial year of Bach's birth. However, the cemetery was already in a state of neglect, and the site of Bach's tomb could no longer be found. The Leipzig City Council had no choice but to nail a plaque to the south wall of the cemetery, which reads:
? Johann? Sebastian? Bach was buried here on July 31, 1750?
Another nine years passed before the churchyard was renovated, the south wall knocked down and the foundations dug up, giving a chance to find Bach's bones. But with more than 1,000 people buried here in 1750, finding Bach's bones was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Luckily, it was only after checking the records that we realized that only 12 of these 1000 people were buried in oak coffins, and Bach was one of them.
One day in 1894, three oak coffins were unearthed, one of which had an adult male skeleton, not tall, with a large head, a slightly flat forehead, a heavy chin, and deep-set eye sockets. Upon comparison with the portrait of Bach and scientific examination, it was determined that these were the remains of Bach. Afterwards, the bones were put into a heavy sarcophagus and placed under the altar of St. John's Church. The sarcophagus bore the simple but dignified inscription:
Johann Sebastian Bach's name was written on the sarcophagus in the form of an inscription. Johann Sebastian Bach 1685-1750
Bach 1685-1750
After more than half a century, Bach's coffin was moved to St. Thomas's in 1950, due to the devastation of World War II. Thus, Bach was truly buried 200 years after his death. Although he did not enjoy a state funeral as Handel did, with great sorrow and honor (Handel was buried in Westminster Abbey cemetery, where all the kings and sages were buried, so to speak? Great in life, honorable in death?) However, he was not buried in a mass grave like Vivaldi, who died of poverty and illness, so that future generations will never be able to find him. Bach's life can be said to be born solid, die ordinary, but he is in the ordinary life and death cast a great beyond the boundaries of life and death.
Musician's short story (three):
Beethoven's story
The German musician Beethoven, one of the most famous musicians in the history of European music, he was born in 1770 in Bonn, Germany, in the Beethoven when he was small, his father's expectations of him is very high, expects the self of his son to become Mozart When Beethoven was young, his father had high expectations for him, expecting his son to become a Mozart-style musical prodigy. When Beethoven was only four years old, his father put a bunch of sheet music in front of Beethoven to let him play, and sometimes Beethoven's hands were swollen or dare not rest.
One day, when the church bells had struck twelve, Beethoven was still practicing, and he made sure to wait until his father came back to check his music before he could go to bed, and his mother, looking at Beethoven's eyes squinting into a slit, said to him compassionately, "My son, it's twelve o'clock. It's twelve o'clock, my son, so go to bed first.
? No, Dad will come back later and see that I have not practiced the piano, he will beat me.?
There was nothing Mom could do about the alcoholic husband, so she held Beethoven at the piano and wept. Soon Beethoven fell asleep in his mother's arms, and Mom carried him to bed.
When the bell rang again, Beethoven's drunkard father returned, ? Where's that little brat, why aren't you practicing the piano?
? You don't see what time it is, and you still let the boy practice, do you want to kill him before you give up?
? Yes, you're right. Beethoven's father said, while coming to the bedside of Beethoven, Beethoven lifted up, the mother how to stop can not stop.
Beethoven dazed and confused on the piano while playing, while closing his eyes, despite this, Beethoven's piano is very smooth and natural.
? OK, this is still a bit Mozart-like.? Father said happily on the side.
A few years passed, Beethoven grew from 4 to 8 years old, after four years of hard practice, his piano level has improved greatly, his alcoholic father was satisfied, so he let him give a recital in the conservatory, the performance was very successful, the father enjoys the joy of his son's success.
At the age of 17, Beethoven came to Vienna, where he paid a visit to Mozart with great reverence, who gave him a very difficult piece to improvise, and Beethoven's playing was recognized by Mozart, who said: ? You have to pay attention to this child, he will astonish the whole world in the future. As a result of his hard work, he finally took his place on the Vienna art stage, often performing as a pianist, and playing his own works, which were recognized by the people.
Just when he was soaring, his ears suffered from a disease, after which he became completely deaf, which is a cruel blow to a musician, however, all this did not break Beethoven, he still relied on tenacity to create a superb work, in his "Symphony of Fate", we can hear his voice and fate to do the fight.
In 1807, Beethoven was living at the home of Duke Lichnowsky in Vienna. One day, a large number of guests came to the Duke's house, all of them were French officers sent by Napoleon to occupy Vienna at that time. The Duke wanted to invite the guests to listen to music, so he sent someone to invite Beethoven, but did not explain the situation to Beethoven. Beethoven did not know what was going on, and brought his newly written "Passion Sonata" in high spirits. Entering the parlor, he saw a group of occupying troops, and Beethoven immediately refused the Duke's request. The Duke was so enraged that he ordered Beethoven to play it with a stern face. Beethoven for Lichnovsky's shameless traitorous behavior to the extreme, he ignored the night of the pouring rain to pick up the sheet music angrily left, and the duke previously sent him a bust fell to pieces. The next day the Duke received this letter: ? Duke! You became a duke only by accident of birth. I, on the other hand, became a Beethoven by my own self. There are dukes at this moment, and there will be more in the future, but I, Beethoven, will always be only one!

Small stories of musicians (5):
The story of Xian Xinghai
Xian Xinghai, who used to be known by the pseudonym ? Huang Xun? , originally from Panyu County, Guangdong, was born in 1905 in Macau to a poor family of boatmen. His father died before he was born, and he relied on his mother's domestic work and his grandfather's charity. He was enrolled in private school at the age of six. After his grandfather's death, he dropped out of school and went to Singapore with his mother. He returned to China in 1918, and because he could not afford the tuition, he enrolled in a voluntary school run by the YMCA at Lingnan University in Guangzhou, where he joined the school's pipe band. By this time, he had already demonstrated a talent for music
Xian Xinghai was a late bloomer musically. He only began to learn to play the violin when he was about 20 years old, and was jokingly referred to by his colleagues as ? Able chicken slaughterer playing the violin is as difficult to hear as killing chickens. When he first arrived in Paris, he also spent most of his time trying to put food on the table. He then met Ma Sicong, a Chinese student there, and was introduced by him to Oberdorfer, the principal violin of the Paris Opera House, and to the musical maestro Garon. The masters admired his perseverance and exceptionally waived his monthly tuition of 200 francs (about 10 silver dollars) each. His sonata "Wind", based on the famous poem "Thatched House Broken by Autumn Wind" by Du Fu, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, was arranged on the program of the Paris Conservatoire's new works recital and broadcast on the radio, and has been famous ever since.
In 1929, Xian Xinghai came to Paris, France, known as the center of the world's music and culture to study music. He relied on the restaurant to run, barbershop odd jobs to maintain life, in the Seine River sycamore tree fainted a few times, almost by the French police sent into the morgue. After that, he was admitted to the Paris Conservatory of Music senior composition class, under the famous fiddler Oberdorfer and the famous composer Dukas, wrote his early works "Violin Sonata in D Minor", "Wind", etc. In the summer of 1935, he declined to stay at the Paris Conservatory of Music, and returned to his country to devote to the resistance against Japan and the salvation of the Japanese.
In 1934, Xian Xinghai was admitted to the advanced composition class at the Paris Conservatoire, where he studied composition and conducting. He was the first Chinese candidate in the class in decades, and was nearly prevented from entering the examination room by the French police because of his lack of splendor. After the exam, the examiner teacher Ducasse announced on behalf of all the judges: ? We have decided to give you an honorable mention, in accordance with the traditional regulations of the Academy, you are able to self-propose material requirements.? Xian Xinghai only said ? Meal ticket? two words, and could no longer speak.
Music can reflect the destiny of a nation. During his studies in the West, Xian Xinghai suffered from the discrimination of the Western powers against the weaker nations. When he returned to China and passed through London, he was not allowed to enter the country by the British Customs, and was detained for several hours. After his return to China, he conducted the orchestra of the Bureau of Public Works in Shanghai to play Beethoven's Symphony No. 8, but there was not a single Chinese in the orchestra from the conductor to the players. He y realized the suffering of the oppressed nation, and thus embarked on the path of pursuing revolution, and raised the cry of liberation with his music. Xian Xinghai returned to China from the Paris Conservatory and became a celebrity. The Kuomintang wanted to use him to write odes, and profit-oriented businessmen paid him a lot of money to write "The Peach Blossom Nest is Full of Beauties". The Peach Blossom Nest is full of Beauties? and other commercial songs, but he was not impressed.
In the Yan'an period, Xian Xinghai not only joined the party in the organization, but also reached a new level of artistic creation. In the absence of a single piano in Yan'an, he completed most of the major works of his life, and trained a large number of musical cadres for the party. It should be said that this was also the result of the revolutionary environment around him. Xian Xinghai, like Nie Er, took music as a weapon to fight for the liberation of the masses, and the people remembered them forever in their songs.
Xian Xinghai was the pioneer of China's new national music, and in his lifetime he composed more than 200 popular songs, four choruses, two operas (one of which was unfinished), two symphonies, four symphonic suites, a symphonic poem, an orchestral rhapsody, as well as many instrumental solos, repertoire pieces, and a superb number of art songs, and also wrote many essays on music.
