What is the meaning of "Kommando" in the Soviet Army in World War II?

The term "Praetorian Guard" is derived from the Italian word "guardia". Historically, the Praetorian Guard was synonymous with elite, privileged troops. Nowadays, in a few countries such as Britain and Sweden, the Praetorian Guard is more often tasked with guarding the royal family.

What is often overlooked is that the Soviet Navy's Konoha sailors wore a different kind of badge on their chests, a metal slat wrapped in black and yellow striped ribbons. In addition, the cap walls and flaps of the Konoha sailor's cap is not the usual black and the same yellow and black stripes, the Navy's various Konoha units (ships), regiments of heavy equipment on the "Konoha" badge pattern below the decoration of this stripe. The yellow and black stripes are derived from the ribbon of the Order of George of the Czarist period, and are known as the "George Strip". The ribbons of the Order of Glory and the Medal for Victory over Germany, which were established during the Great Patriotic War of the USSR, followed this pattern, and the spirit of military bravery it represented was carried forward. The Soviet Navy Kintetsu adopted this symbol and called it "Kintetsu Tapestry", the intention is self-evident.

According to the relevant regulations, the Soviet soldier's "Konveyor" badge is worn on the right breast of the uniform, under the war wound badge and medals, and the badges permitted by other regulations are located under the "Konveyor" badge. The sailor's cap with the Konoha sash was used for enlisted men below the rank of petty officer, i.e., "Konoha Red Navyman" and "Konoha Upper Red Navyman" (after 1946, "Konoha Sailor" and "Konoha Sailor", respectively).
