How to make chocolate ice cream

Chocolate ice cream is made as follows:

1. Material: milk powder 30g, sugar 45g, whipped cream 2 10g, milk 375g, corn starch 15g, chocolate 50g and cocoa 20g.

2. First, mix 30g milk with15g corn starch. Pour the milk powder into the milk pan, add the remaining milk and stir well.

3. Take a clean bowl, add cocoa powder, take a proper amount of milk stirred in step 2, pour it into cocoa powder, and stir well. Sift the cocoa liquid into the milk liquid in step 2.

4. Add whipped cream and sugar and mix well. Turn on a small fire and stir with a spatula. Be sure not to boil it.

5. Stir until the sugar melts, add the stirred corn starch solution, stir quickly with a scraper, and turn off the heat after stirring. After leaving the fire, stir with a scraper to 50 degrees, add chocolate and stir until it melts evenly. Pour into an ice cream mold and refrigerate overnight.
