How to make pork buns
1. Buy ingredients: pork belly, green onion, Jiang Mo, soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper and Chinese cabbage. 2. Wash the pork belly and cut it into cubes evenly. For steamed stuffed buns, diced meat tastes the best. Personally, I prefer diced cabbage, washed and chopped, and chopped green onion.
4. Add half a spoonful of oyster sauce, two tablespoons of soy sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of white pepper, one spoonful of sweet noodle sauce, one spoonful of soy sauce and one spoonful of edible salt to the pot. Generally, the stuffing should be slightly salty, otherwise the stuffing will be tasteless and the steamed stuffed bun will feel almost the same. Remember this. 5. After frying, put it in the pot, then let it cool, and put it directly in the refrigerator after cooling.
