What is tea fruit?

Tea fruit is a general term for pastry foods by Zhuhai locals, such as radish cake, taro cake, leaves, cakes, white dumplings, pancakes, fried cakes and zongzi.

A kind of pasta traditionally used as an offering in Shanxi has various shapes. It tastes crisp when fried. Also called tea fruit.
